About Todd McCartney

For the last seven years, Todd McCartney has been passionate about the services and products that Wholesale Merchant Services (WMS) and Wholesale Merchant Processing (WMP) provide. As the President of WMS and WMP, Mr. McCartney knows the key attributes of excellent customer support are anticipating customer needs, handling customer queries politely and concisely, and no matter how big or small the customer's problem is, solving it. Under McCartney’s executive leadership, WMS and WMP has created and maintained an employee base where customer relations are upheld, which has propelled the success of WMS and WMP over the years. McCartney prides himself in the organization of his sales department and the efficiency it has created to maximize profits, implementing the call-center technique, where telemarketers contact merchants and set appointments for outside sales consultants to the marketing department, and enabling an auto-dialer system, which allows for abundant customer contact. The call-center is also used by the inside sales team who close deals without the expense of sending a consultant out into the field. Employees are completely supported by a full wholesale merchant team, including inside and outside sales managers, a national marketing director, a fulltime human resources specialist, and an information technology professional. Recently launching a national sales campaign promoting the new business services and products that WMP now offers has gained the company mass exposure, and McCartney found a need for new employees once he broadened his companies’ reach, advertising with top companies like USA Today, Google, Jobdango, Craig’s List, and Career Builder. In his spare time, Todd McCartney enjoys going to the movies, hiking, traveling, boating, and attending basketball games. He stays physically fit by participating in two recreational Basketball leagues. Todd McCartney takes time out of his busy schedule to support the Meals on Wheels organization.
